The DNA Sequencing Facility provides next generation and Sanger sequencing services, DNA extraction, SNP assays, Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS), whole genome/exome and targeted sequencing, fragment length analysis (SSRs/VNTRs/IDAA), 16S/18S/ITS and whole metagenome sequencing, and custom projects including clinical assay development.
